All our ranges are available in two finish options:
Studio
A complete structure finished to second fix and ready for you to furnish as desired. Ideal for offices, workshops, art studios and event spaces.
Turnkey
A fully fitted, ready-to-use accommodation package, including kitchen, bathroom, heating and built-in furniture where specified.
The Salt Barn
A versatile barn-style build designed for relaxed living, guest accommodation, or studio/event space.
With a compact footprint of 7.2m x 3.6m along with a covered side sauna lean-to and decking area measuring 7.2m x 2.4m deep, creating a fantastic balance of indoor and outdoor living.
The salt barn is a sectional building, constructed on-site. It’s ideal for plots with restricted or difficult access, without compromising on quality or finish. With a 4-week build time, the Salt-Barn is a turn-key build, ready to use from the day of sign-off.

The design is fully adaptable, with additional aluminium glazing and roof skylights available to suit your layout, light requirements, and personal style. As with all our builds, the Salt-Barn comes with an insurer-backed 10-year structural warranty for complete peace of mind.
The Shepherds Barn
The Shepherds Barn is our modern interpretation of the much-loved shepherd’s hut, designed for those who value simplicity, comfort and connection to their surroundings.
Whether used as a peaceful retreat, guest accommodation or as part of a lifestyle or hospitality business, it offers a beautifully considered space for year-round living.
Built on a heavy-duty triple-axle chassis for ease of transportation, the Shepherds Barn is Caravan Act compliant and exceeds BS3632:2023 standards, making it ideal for permanent use throughout the seasons.
Designed with holiday letting in mind, the Shepherds Barn offers excellent income potential, combining strong nightly rates with reliable year-round occupancy.
